Research focused on targeting of cancer stem cells in Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM)  with cell based therapy (exosomes) and Liposomes.

KEY PROJECTS

• The discovery of tissue and plasma biomarkers of diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic potential in GBM.
• Exosomes as drug delivery vehicles: endogenous nanocarriers for targeted cancer therapy.
• The identification of miRNA signatures of clincalpathological significance for prognosis in GBM.
